2) Sales Terms

2.1) One Time Purchase : By placing an order with us, you agree to our full Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy which explain that you will be charged $87.99 plus $0.00 shipping & handling, one time at the time of order for Biogene Wellness. You will not be enrolled automatically in any type of continuity program by ordering from this website, unless you have opted to do so (see 2.2). If there is any reason this item is not for you, call our Customer Service toll free number at (877) 445-4808 or email [email protected] . The Charges will appear on your credit card as biogeneskincream.com.

2.2) 14 days Trial: By placing an order, you agree to the full Terms and conditions and Privacy policy as well as enrollment into our monthly auto-ship program where you will immediately be billed the shipping and handling amount of $0.00 and we will immediately ship you a bottle of Biogene Wellness. Your 14 days trial will begin upon receipt of Biogene Wellness. After your Biogene Wellness trial has ended, your credit card will then be automatically charged the full retail price of $89.99 and you will be shipped a recurring supply of Biogene Wellness every 30 days unless you take action to cancel your trial. For all MasterCard transactions ONLY, within 3 DAYS, you will receive an email requiring your response to activate the monthly auto-ship program. If you are happy with Biogene Wellness, you are required to consent to the monthly auto-ship program in order to receive additional Biogene Wellness. You will be charged $89.99 (inclusive of $0.00 shipping and handling) for each recurring product that has shipped to you until you cancel. If our product is not right for you, simply call , contact us via email at , or click CANCELLATION LINK to cancel your auto-ship membership. Shipment via USPS typically takes 3-5 DAYS. Your credit card will be billed as “biogeneskincream.com" on your statement.

2.3) Subscription Cancellation – All subscriptions will remain active until/ unless you cancel or for a maximum of one (1) year. If you wish to renew your subscription at the end of one (1) year, you must proactively contact us to re-authorize your subscription. To cancel your subscription, you must request cancellation by phone or email a minimum of 1 day prior to your next scheduled billing date. 3) Processing and Shipping

Your order will be processed and shipped with USPS within about 1 business day. Shipping time is estimated (not guaranteed) to be four (4) business days from when your order is shipped. If you have not received a tracking number by email within 48 hours or if you believe that your order has been delayed for any reason, please contact our customer support team by email at [email protected]  or toll free at (877) 445-4808

4) Product Returns and Refunds

The customer is to bear the cost of any packaging and shipping for any and all returns. All returns must have an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number marked clearly on the package or inserted within the package on an otherwise blank sheet of plain white paper. Returns will not be credited if they are not accompanied by an RMA number. An RMA number may be obtained by contacting our customer support team by email at [email protected]  or toll free at (877) 445-4808

To be eligible for refund, the package must be post marked within 30 days of date you received the product on all opened/unopened products and include an RMA number obtained from customer service – either to be clearly written on the outside of the package or included within the package, clearly printed on an otherwise blank sheet of plain white paper. Refunds will be issued to customer credit card within 3 business days of receipt. No returns are credited after 30 days of the date you received the product.

5) Packages Not Received

All products are expected to arrive to the shipping address originally submitted in the web form on the website you ordered from within 2-4 business days after the product is shipped. Packages will ship out within 1 business day from the day you place your order. For orders placed on a Friday, Saturday, or Federal Holiday will ship out the following Monday or following business day accordingly. If you do not receive the product subsequent to five (5) business days of ordering, please contact our customer support team by email at [email protected]  or toll free at (877) 445-4808. All orders are tracked and shipped with delivery confirmation, if the order reflects as delivered we believe it to have been delivered unless you call to state otherwise. All products that reflect as having been delivered via USPS tracking and delivery confirmation will not be refunded.

6) Arbitration & Class Action Waiver

Any dispute or claim relating in any way to this agreement shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accord with its Commercial Arbitration Rules (visit 5598 Bradley Circle Lithonia, GA 30038, USA www.adr.org or call 800-778-7879). The arbitrator shall have exclusive authority to resolve any dispute relating to the interpretation, applicability, enforceability, or formation of this agreement. The arbitrator shall not conduct arbitration as a class or representative action. The customer acknowledge that this agreement is a transaction in interstate commerce governed by the Federal Arbitration Act. The customer agrees to waive any right to pursue any dispute relating to this agreement in any class, private attorney general, or other representative action.

7) Not A Prescription Or Medical Advice

This Site does not provide any medical advice and is not engaged in rendering medical or professional services or advice. Any and all information provided on the Site is not intended to replace medical advice or treatment offered by a professional health care provider.
